Terms

Classes run a four-class session, 45 minutes each, in small coached groups. Advance booking, available space and proper level placement are required. If you cannot attend a class, cancel through Upper Hand at least 24 hours before it begins to keep your class credit for another available class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, and missed classes without prior cancellation, use the class credit and are not eligible for a refund.
